I passionately believe that yoga is for everyone - whether you’ve been practicing for years or are just stepping onto the mat, are interested in yoga philosophy or just want to move with more ease - there is something for everyone in the practice of yoga and something to discover about yourself each time you practice. I would love to support you on your journey!
What I offer
Vinyasa
In my vinyasa classes we will flow between asana (poses) using the breath as our guide. Classes have various themes - an area of the body, the elements, or a particular pose.
Pregnancy Yoga
Classes for those who are expecting with modifications to support a pregnant body and common pregnancy ailments. I always include breathwork exercises that are really supportive during pregnancy and lots of time for rest.
Postnatal Yoga
In postnatal yoga we’ll work to strengthen the post pregnancy body and connect to your breath to promote mental wellbeing - babies very welcome! Feel free to feed and cuddle as required - this is a relaxed environment and a great opportunity to meet other new parents.
Yin
The practice of yin is such a great counterpart to Vinyasa and other dynamic yoga. In yin we will hold poses for 2+ minutes - a chance to relax the deepest tissues of the body. It is a calm and internal practice, challenging in its own way.

Welcome! I am so glad you’re here. I am a South East London based yoga teacher, mum and photographer. My classes blend breathwork, mobility, strength, and flow in a playful, encouraging environment - everyone is invited to come and play.
